Best-selling author and "Fox & Friends" co-host Brian Kilmeade is set to appear at an event hosted by Ashland University’s Ashbrook Center on Jan. 22.

The private Christian university in Ohio is home to the conservative Ashbrook Center think tank, which has hosted a long list of conservative luminaries including Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher, Mitt Romney and John Boehner.

Now Kilmeade is joining those ranks as he discusses his book Thomas Jefferson and the Tripoli Pirates. Released in November, the book has shot up the New York Times Best Sellers List, where it currently sits at No. 2.

Kilmeade’s appearance serves as the Ashbrook Center’s first Peter W. Schramm Memorial Lecture, which is sponsored by Samuel H. and Maria Miller as well as WMAN Radio. Sponsorship opportunities are still available, and sponsors of the program get to have an exclusive dinner with the Fox News host before the lecture program begins.

The Ashbrook Center is dedicated to “restoring and strengthening the capacities of the American people for constitutional self-government through its educational programs for teachers, students, and citizens.”

Kilmeade’s lecture kicks off at Mansfield’s Renaissance Theatre in Mansfield, Ohio, at 7:30 p.m.
