Ashford University's board of advisers at the Forbes School of Business recently announced the addition of Dr. Tamar Elkeles to the school's faculty.
Elkeles is respected as an insightful individual in the organizational learning and development field and will continue to provide helpful information and advice at the school. She will serve as a member of the advisory board for the school of business.
"Dr. Elkeles is a recognized authority on developing leaders within the business world and she understands the role that technology plays in modern education,"

Elkeles has had her work published in two books which she co-wrote. She also was the chief learning officer at Qualcomm, where she worked to create a learning and development strategy for the employees around the world.
She is currently serving as the chief people officer at Quixey, where she works to promote better coordination and communication through human resources and administration.
