Marcus Buckingham will discuss the relationship between employee strengths and company performance at Boise State's College of Business and Economics (COBE) Speaker Series on March 31.
As part of the series, the college and Key Bank have been bringing in speakers for the past three years to discuss topics related to business and economics.
Buckingham is a noted speaker in the area of leadership, management and teams, who believes that "companies that focus on cultivating employees’ strengths rather than simply improving their weaknesses stand to dramatically increase efficiency while allowing for maximum personal growth."
