Boise State University will begin construction on a $40 million Honors College and first-year residence hall in April.

The hall will be completed in the fall of 2017 and will include living and learning facilities dedicated to honors students. Boise State University President Bob Kustra said the new residence hall reflects the university’s dedication to raising academic quality.

The building will be across the street from the Student Union Building. There will be a dining facility, classrooms and designated areas aimed to boost the student experience.
