Dynamic Aviation President and CEO Michael Stoltzfus will headline Bridgewater College’s Scott Symposium on Business Ethics on April 26 with a speech entitled “Finding Purpose through Life’s Lessons.”

Stoltzfus combines an aviation and business background, with more than 5,000 flight hours as a captain in 10 countries and education including Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program.

His early career included a stint at Northern Air Cargo, where he served the company as a flight engineer, and entrepreneurial experience as the president and co-founder of De-Ice Systems International. Stoltzfus joined Dynamic Aviation in 1990 as a pilot before being promoted to manager of flight operations, vice president of flight operations and, now, as CEO and president. His current role with Dynamic Aviation sees him drive the company’s strategic direction, vision and leadership.

Stoltzfus will deliver his remarks in Cole Hall at 7:30 p.m. on April 26. The Scott Symposium on Business Ethics, named after Charles H. Scott, Bridgewater College’s former vice president for institutional advancement, and Harvey H. Scott, his father and a former member of the college’s board of trustees, is intended to develop a moral and ethical foundation for the colleges students.
