Beloit College recently announced its schedule of holiday performances, taking place between Dec. 1 and Dec. 7, which include concerts, dance showcases and cooperative art projects performed by Beloit students.

The festivities begin on Dec. 1 with the North Atlantic Music Ensemble, which features an ever-evolving company of musicians, who will present their fall concert in Eaton Chapel beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Dec. 2 and 3 will feature two performances of December Dance, a performance of student choreographed works. Both performances will be in the Neese Theater beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Also on Dec. 2, the InterArts Ensemble will present its collaborative show with the Introduction to Music Composition Course. Taking place in Eaton Chapel at 7:30 p.m., the performance is a collaborative effort of writers, actors, dancers, musicians and visual and multimedia artists and will include original work for instrumental, voice and electronic student performers.

The college’s annual Holiday Choir Concert, a popular tradition beloved by students faculty and the wider Beloit community, will take place on Sunday, Dec. 4, in Eaton Chapel.

Finally, on Dec. 7, Beloit’s vocal students will present their Evening on Broadway Recital in Moore Lounge at 7:30 p.m., featuring selections from both classic and new shows.
