The Berry College Theatre Company will
present the classic “A Charlie Brown Christmas” -- written by Charles Schulz and based on Bill Melendez and Lee Mendelson’s television special -- on Dec. 1, 2 and 3 of this year.
The production is a classic family story
suitable for all ages. It sees Charlie Brown working with Snoopy and the whole
Peanuts gang to find the real meaning of Christmas.
The Berry College Theatre
Company’s production will feature Santa in the reception area for family
photos, as well as holiday desserts.
All shows will take place in the Krannert
Ballroom, beginning at 7:30 p.m. each night, with an additional matinee performance at 2 p.m. Dec. 3.
Tickets can be reserved at the Berry College box
office; admission is a donation to St. Jude Children’s Hospital and the
Berry College Theatre Circle. The college suggests donations of $10 for adults,
$7 for senior citizens and $5 for students.
