Bradley University has once again partnered with Trewyn
Elementary School to continue their “Hand Up for the Holidays” campaign.
This is the fourth year
that Bradley has teamed up with Trewyn to help those in need during the holiday
season.
Bradley staff and students who are involved with the Lewis
J. Burger Center for Student Leadership and Public Service will help Trewyn
provide new uniforms, gloves, mittens, hats and underwear to its students.
The goal -- which was set at 125 uniforms -- has been met. The
program also collected dozens of hats, mittens and other items for students, as
well.
The collected items were delivered to the students of Trewyn
Elementary this past week.
