The University of Arkansas recently scheduled the second of its workshops aimed at helping teachers learn how to work with students with autism.
The workshop,
“Solving the Puzzle Together: Teaching Students on the Autism
Spectrum – Part II,”
is presented as part of the Office for Faculty Development and Enhancement's ongoing Faculty Enrichment series. It is scheduled for Jan. 27.
Autism Support Program Director
Aleza Greene will lead the workshop, which builds on what she taught in the first workshop last fall. She will focus on how faculty members can make sure their
classrooms are promoting all-encompassing learning experiences, including handling situations like confrontations and beneficial classroom practices.
All University of Arkansas faculty are invited.
