Nathan Ahle, a graduate from the University of Phoenix, recently joined the Greater Fresno (California) Area Chamber of Commerce as its new president and CEO.

Ahle had worked as the manager of government affairs at the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce since 2014. Before that, he worked at the Ridgecrest Chamber of Commerce as the president and CEO.

Ahle attended the University of Phoenix for his bachelors degree in business management. He has also attended the Western Association of Chamber Executives Academy Program. Later in 2016, he plans to graduate from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organizational Management.

“Our search committee knew what we were looking for in terms of certain skillsets and capabilities,” Al Solis, board chair for the Greater Fresno Area Chamber of Commerce, said. “But it was Nathan Ahle who impressed us time and time again with his leadership style, experience and approach to the chamber as a whole.”
