Tiffin University has received a $100,000 donation from Mrs. Virginia (Ginny) Kurtz Zahn, a 1945 graduate.

“Tiffin University has been enormously blessed by the generosity and commitment of Ginny and Wayne Zahn," interim President Lillian Schumacher said. “This latest gift is yet another example of the devotion they both had in helping our students earn a college education. The Zahn name will live forever on TU’s campus and an untold numbers of students will benefit from their generosity.”

This donation will be used to enhance the existing Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Zahn Scholarship fund. Each year, students can apply to become “Zahn Scholars” based on their grades and their performance on an examination. A 3.0 grade-point average is required to continue receiving the scholarship.
