SCF Manatee-Sarasota student wins three awards at national conference

Elizabeth Anne Miller, a recent graduate of the State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota, ended her collegiate career by earning three awards from the Phi Beta Lambda National Leadership Conference.

Miller recently earned first place in Entrepreneurship Concepts and Agribusiness at the national conference, which took place in Atlanta, and finished in fourth place in Information Management. Phi Beta Lambda, which hosts regional, state and national competitions on an annual basis, is committed to helping students shape their business leadership skills.

Miller won several national awards last year. These awards include earning first place in Insurance and Risk Management, Management Concepts and Entrepreneurship Management. 

Miller graduated in May from with a bachelor's degree in International Business and Trade. She now plans on attending the University of Florida, where she will pursue her MBA.
