About 91.9 percent of the 37 degrees and certificates handed out by the University of the Potomac-Washington DC Campus in 2016-17 were to students in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.
The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Washington conferred 17 bachelor's degrees and 7 certificates in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services programs.
But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Data shows the school gave out 8 bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management, General, followed by 5 bachelor's degrees in Management Information Systems, General and 5 associate's degrees in Operations Management and Supervision.
The university enrolled 140 students for 2016-17, including 120 in undergraduate programs and 20 in graduate programs.
