About 34.7 percent of the 778 degrees and certificates handed out by the University of Mary in 2016-17 were to students in Health Professions and Related Programs programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.
The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Bismarck conferred 108 master's degrees and 101 bachelor's degrees in Health Professions and Related Programs programs.
But the single most popular program was for a master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Data shows the school gave out 70 master's degrees in Business Administration and Management, General, followed by 60 bachelor's degrees in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse and 59 bachelor's degrees in General Studies.
The university enrolled 3,260 students for 2016-17, including 2,218 in undergraduate programs and 1,042 in graduate programs.
