Graduates earn 308 degrees from Carlos Albizu University-San Juan

About 79.5 percent of the 308 degrees and certificates handed out by the Carlos Albizu University-San Juan in 2016-17 were to students in Psychology programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Juan conferred 176 master's degrees and 56 doctor's degrees in Psychology programs.

But the single most popular program was for a master's degree in Counseling Psychology. Data shows the school gave out 62 master's degrees in Counseling Psychology, followed by 58 master's degrees in Clinical Psychology and 51 doctor's degrees in Clinical Psychology.

The university enrolled 1,400 students for 2016-17, including 275 in undergraduate programs and 1,125 in graduate programs.
