About 20 percent of the 2,376 degrees and certificates handed out by the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2016-17 were to students in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.
The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Springs conferred 355 bachelor's degrees and 98 master's degrees in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services programs.
But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Data shows the school gave out 355 bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management, General, followed by 200 bachelor's degrees in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse and 150 bachelor's degrees in Biology/Biological Sciences, General.
The university enrolled 12,559 students for 2016-17, including 10,619 in undergraduate programs and 1,940 in graduate programs.
