Cost of college went up for all students at Quality Technical and Beauty College

Tuition and fees rose 2.5 percent for 2017-18 at Quality Technical and Beauty College, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

Puerto Rico students paid $8,100 to attend the private for-profit school this year $200 more than the $7,900 charged for 2016-17.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 42 students received grants or scholarships totaling $178,766.

Including all undergraduates, 198 students used grants or scholarships totaling $566,130.
