Cost of college went up for all students at Colegio Tecnologico y Comercial de Puerto Rico

Tuition and fees rose 1.7 percent for 2017-18 at Colegio Tecnologico y Comercial de Puerto Rico, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

Puerto Rico students paid $8,965 to attend the private for-profit school this year $149 more than the $8,816 charged for 2016-17.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 29 students received grants or scholarships totaling $148,049.

Including all undergraduates, 116 students used grants or scholarships totaling $242,485.
