Cost of college went down for all students at Emma's Beauty Academy-Juana Diaz

Tuition and fees fell 2.9 percent for 2017-18 at Emma's Beauty Academy-Juana Diaz, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

Puerto Rico students paid $9,213 to attend the private for-profit school this year $280 less than the $9,493 charged for 2016-17.

Data shows 88 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 219 students received grants or scholarships totaling $838,481.

Including all undergraduates, 529 students used grants or scholarships totaling $2.11 million.
