Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Automeca Technical College-Bayamon

Tuition and fees was unchanged for 2017-18 at Automeca Technical College-Bayamon, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

Puerto Rico students paid $7,441 to attend the private for-profit school in both the 2016-17 and 2017-18 academic years.

Data shows 98 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 267 students received grants or scholarships totaling $1.43 million and 88 students took out student loans totaling more than $195,995.

Including all undergraduates, 433 students used grants or scholarships totaling $2.08 million. Another 147 took out $325,292 in federal student loans.
