Cost of college went up for all students at MyrAngel Beauty Institute

Tuition and fees rose 3.5 percent for 2017-18 at MyrAngel Beauty Institute, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

Puerto Rico students paid $8,995 to attend the private for-profit school this year $300 more than the $8,695 charged for 2016-17.

Data shows 98 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 349 students received grants or scholarships totaling $1.45 million.
