CHARLES KOCH FOUNDATION: $1 Million Grant To Study Re-Entry Programs At FSU

Charles Koch Foundation issued the following announcement on Jan. 30.

The Charles Koch Foundation recently announced a $1 million grant to Florida State University’s College of Social Work. This grant will support Carrie-Pettus Davis’ work on criminal justice reform, focusing especially on recidivism reduction and the effectiveness of re-entry programs.

“Data can inform significant reform,” Pettus-Davis said. “Our research initiative is uniquely positioned to identify the types of re-entry services most effective for reducing recidivism, fostering productive citizenship and benefiting individuals and communities across the country.”
