Goodwin College enrolls 3,394 undergrads

At Goodwin College, 69 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 82 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in East Hartford enrolled 3,410 students in fall 2017, including 3,394 in undergraduate and 16 in graduate programs, data shows. 19.4 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

97 percent of undergraduates are residents of Connecticut, and 3 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (47 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (25 percent).
