The four-year public institution in Portland enrolled 26,693 students in fall 2017, including 21,167 in undergraduate and 5,526 in graduate programs, data shows. 14.4 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.
65 percent of undergraduates are residents of Oregon, and 32 percent are residents of other states. 2 percent are citizens of foreign countries.
The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (54 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (14 percent).
The school admitted 92 percent of the 6,815 students who applied for fall 2017. Of those who were admitted, 31 percent enrolled.
