21 rapes reported on Northern Michigan University campus in 2017

There were 21 on-campus rapes in 2017 on the campus of Northern Michigan University, located in Marquette, according to the most recent crime statistics available on the U.S. Department of Education website.

In 2016, there were 10 rapes on the campus; and in 2015, there were 11 rapes. Overall, in the three year period from 2015 through 2017, 95 percent of on-campus rapes happened in residence halls.
