There were 23 on-campus burglaries in 2017 on the campus of University of Utah, located in Salt Lake City, according to the most recent crime statistics available on the U.S. Department of Education website.
In 2016, there were 57 burglaries on the campus; and in 2015, there were 60 burglaries. Overall, in the three year period from 2015 through 2017, 13 percent of on-campus burglaries happened in residence halls.
