There were 12 on-campus rapes in 2017 on the campus of Wesleyan University, located in Middletown, according to the most recent crime statistics available on the U.S. Department of Education website.
In 2016, there were 24 rapes on the campus; and in 2015, there were 17 rapes. Overall, in the three year period from 2015 through 2017, 92 percent of on-campus rapes happened in residence halls.
