AUBURN UNIVERSITY: Family Discovery Hike: Hibernation & Brumation to be Held January 14

Auburn University recently issued the following announcement.

Family Discovery Hike: Hibernation & Bruation

Time: 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM

Location: Kreher Preserve & Nature Center

Join our guides for an educational adventure as you and your children take in the many sights and sounds of the Preserve. Discovery Hikes offer excellent opportunities to learn about nature and see wildlife up close, while enjoying fresh air and exercise in our beautiful outdoors. Discovery Hikes are for families with children ages 5 to 12 and are offered the second Tuesday of each month from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. Each month features a new seasonal theme. Groups meet at the pavilion. Discovery Hikes are free – donations are welcomed. Cancelled in the event of rain. This program will be held at the Kreher Preserve & Nature Center unless otherwise noted. The nature center is located at 2222 N. College Street near the AU Fisheries and Hwy 280.
