Students at the University of Arkansas were recently invited to start building their skills and resumes by applying for one of several volunteer leadership positions.
The positions, which will serve during the 2017-18 academic year, are part of the school's University Programs, which plans student events throughout the year. Posts include president, vice president and eight committee chairs, including those for the art gallery, coffeehouse and digital media.
The group's president must serve 15 hours per week, the vice presidency requires 12, and the chairs serve 10.
