Tiffin University's business programs at the baccalaureate and graduate level have been reaffirmed by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).

“Tiffin University has shown their commitment to teaching excellence and to the process of quality improvement by participating in the accreditation process,” ACBSP Chief Accreditation Officer Steve Parscale said.

According to the announcement, the ACBSP is the only accreditation board that is specialized in business programs for colleges and universities. It is able to offer accreditation for bachelor’s, graduate- and doctoral-level degree programs.

“It is proof of the excellent quality of business education that TU provides to its students,” Tiffin  Business School Dean Maneesh Sharma said. “Our continuous accreditation by ACBSP since 1996 is a great testament to the tireless dedication and excellent qualifications of our faculty and staff in the school. I am indeed proud to be a part of such a high achieving team.”

The university is required to have its programs reaffirmed every 10 years. A certificate of reaffirmation will be granted at the ACBSP’s 2016 conference that will be taking place in Atlanta on June 19.
