Hunter Glascock, a graduate of the University of South
Dakota (USD), has been named the 2016 High School Strength & Conditioning Coach
of the Year for the region of South Dakota and North Dakota.
Glascock is currently employed by Sanford POWER, a Sanford Health
sports training program. He received his degree from USD in exercise science
and is a native of Beresford.
Certified by USA Weightlifting, Glascock is a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
The South Dakota National Strength and
Conditioning State Advisory Board chose him as the recipient of the award
due to his work overseeing Lincoln High School’s performance enhancement.
