Instituto de Banca y Comercio Inc and University of Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras reported receiving the most state financial aid during the 2015-16 academic year among Puerto Rico schools, according to a Higher Education Tribune analysis of federal data.

The analysis is based on data reported annually to the U.S. Department of Education.
