Graduates earn 113 degrees, certificates from Educational Technical College-Recinto de Bayamon

About 77 percent of the 113 degrees and certificates handed out by the Educational Technical College-Recinto de Bayamon in 2016-17 were to students in Health Professions and Related Programs programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Bayamon conferred 87 certificates in Health Professions and Related Programs programs.

But the single most popular program was for a certificate in Surgical Technology/Technologist. Data shows the school gave out 26 certificates in Surgical Technology/Technologist, followed by 18 certificates in Child Care Provider/Assistant and 16 certificates in Nursing Education.

The college enrolled 293 students for 2016-17, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
