Grantham University enrolls 7,816 undergrads

At Grantham University, 87 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 50 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in Lenexa enrolled 9,303 students in fall 2017, including 7,816 in undergraduate and 1,487 in graduate programs, data shows. 5 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

1 percent of undergraduates are residents of Kansas, and 98 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Black or African American (50 percent) and white (34 percent).
